Cam Newton is an American football player who is best known for his career as a quarterback for teams like Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots. He used to play college football at the University of Florida and later joined Auburn University. Cam went to Atlanta Westlake High School where he played as a football player in high school’s team.
During his senior year at Westlake, Cam started receiving offers from colleges such as Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Virginia Tech but eventually chose to continue his education at the University of Florida.
In January 2009, Cam shifted to Blinn College in Texas where he managed to lead his team to the 2009 NJCAA National Football Championship.
For the 2010 season, Newton switched to Auburn University where he stayed until his senior year when he decided not to attend his final year at college and enter the 2011 NFL Draft.
In the spring of 2015, Cam graduated from Auburn with a degree in sociology.
